Mobile Tire Service Trucks
We build mobile tire-repair and fitting trucks — for mining, off-road, fleet and roadside service — on your chassis, to your specification. Pick the duty configuration below, then talk to us about the build.
Which duty configuration do you need?
| Type | Common name | Capability | Build focus (system-driven) | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Light roadside unit | Roadside tire service | Tire changer, compressor, hand tools | Light van upfit (chassis flexible) | Highway / fleet roadside |
| Off-road mining unit | Mining tire service | Hydraulic crane, bead breaker, heavy tooling | Rigid / articulated truck upfit (chassis flexible) | Mine site, quarry |
| Heavy fleet service | Fleet maintenance | Multi-bay tools, air system | Medium truck upfit (chassis flexible) | Depot / fleet yard |
| Electric service unit | Zero-emission service | Electric auxiliaries, silent operation | EV chassis upfit (per order) | Indoor / low-noise / urban |
A tire service truck's class is defined by the service capability and integrated tooling (crane, compressor, bead breaker), not the chassis. The chassis is selected per order; light vans, medium trucks and rigid/articulated mining chassis can host any configuration depending on the tire size and duty cycle.
Duty & environment
Configurations range from a single-operator roadside van to a crane-equipped mining rig. Fuel and electric auxiliaries are both available; we advise the configuration per operating environment rather than defaulting to one answer.

Fengqi integrates the service equipment onto your chosen chassis, configured per order, with export documentation and destination-market certification. The right starting point is the duty configuration above — then we take it from there.
