Geely Farizon Electric Tire Repair Vehicle

Mobile Maintenance Workshop

This pure-electric maintenance vehicle has a gross vehicle weight of 3850 kg (lightweight micro-class), built on a Geely Sichuan commercial vehicle pure-electric chassis (model DNC5047XXYBEVGR1) with a CATL lithium-iron-phosphate battery and a Huayu Magna electric drive system, designed for mobile on-site maintenance in urban power, telecommunications, municipal, and vehicle servicing applications. Body dimensions are 5490 × 1980 × 1980/2180 mm (two height options), with a 3600 mm wheelbase, front/rear overhangs of 830/1060 mm, curb weight of 3655 kg, and GVW of 3850 kg. It reaches a top speed of 135 km/h, with approach and departure angles of 21°/20°, and rides on four 215/75R16LT 12PR tires with front track of 1719 mm and rear track of 1722 mm. Suspension consists of front double-wishbone independent suspension and rear non-independent leaf springs (leaf counts -/2, -/2+1). The drive motor is a Huayu Magna TZ220XS000 with 66 kW rated and 170 kW peak power; the traction battery is a CATL LFP unit. Braking uses an EBS electronic braking system with ABS, model WBTL WCBS 1.0 by Wuhu Bethel. Dedicated maintenance equipment includes a center partition, oil-free air compressor, wheel dynamic balancer, and tire changer, forming a mobile workstation for tire and vehicle maintenance. Side protection is integrated into the body (HC180BD+Z/DC03 material), while the rear underrun protection uses PP+EPDM-TD20/HC340 590DPD+Z material with bolt and clip connections, 341 mm above ground. The tire-service module includes an oil-free silent air compressor, tire changer, wheel balancer, dual-cylinder inflation and nitrogen unit, vulcanizer with cold-patch tools, on-board emergency air pump, and welding equipment; supporting features include tool cabinets and storage racks, cab partition, lifting work lights, external mains with inverter, sliding side work platform, and rescue livery.
